About Larry Howard
Larry Howard, is the musician who formed the band “Grinderswitch” which was an American southern rock band. They recorded a number of albums for Capricorn Records in the 1970s (which toured with Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Allman Brothers Band, Charlie Daniels Band, Marshall Tucker, B.B. King, Freddy King, Papa John Creach, and others).
Most recently, Larry is an ordained minister and tours prisons and counsels prisoners giving as many as three concerts a day. When it comes to giving of one’s self, Larry does what so many of us only talk about. He shares his life experiences, the knowledge he’s gained, the love, forgiveness and peace that can only be obtained by seeking God’s word.
Larry has recently been diagnosed with liver cancer, and as you can imagine, he and his family are going through very hard times. This benefit auction will raise money to help offset some of his tremendously high medical costs.
